1. Services Offered
1.1. Videography & Photography Services:
- One professional videographer or photographer for full-day coverage (up to 10 hours).
- A 3-4 minute highlight video (based on the song chosen by the Client).
- Optional double-length highlight video for an additional cost.
- Optional Instagram highlight video (subject to availability).
- Delivery of the final edited video within one week after the event.
- All-digital process—no in-person or virtual meetings required.
- Hard drive with raw footage ($250).
1.2. Add-On Services (Extra Charges Apply):
- Additional song for the highlight video ($500).
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Booking Process:
- Clients complete a quick survey to determine their preferred videography/photography style.
- Based on the Client’s preferences, event details, and religious requirements, we provide up to three sample videos from available videographers.
- The Client selects a videographer, and we provide a DocuSign contract (valid for 3 days) to finalize the booking.
2.2. Payment Terms:
- 50% deposit is required upon signing the contract to reserve the date.
- The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event via ACH payment through QuickBooks.
- Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services with no refund.
- The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Event Coverage and Deliverables
3.1. Event Coverage:
- The assigned videographer/photographer will cover the full event day (up to 10 hours).
- The videographer/photographer is subcontracted through StudioX111 and follows our quality standards.
3.2. Post-Event Production & Delivery:
- Clients must provide their song choice at least 14 days prior to the event. If no selection is made prior the event, StudioX111 reserves the right to choose the music.
- Edited video is delivered within one week via a secure online link.
- The final video is reviewed by our Project Manager before delivery. If revisions are needed, the videographer has 24 hours to submit a revised version.
3.3. Raw Footage & Hard Drive:
- Raw footage is complimentary.
- A $250 fee applies for the hard drive, which is shipped separately.
- All photo and video materials will be permanently deleted 5 days after delivery unless the client has requested and purchased a hard drive.
4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
4.1. Client Cancellations:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If the event is canceled more than 14 days before the event date, any remaining balance is waived.
- If the event is canceled within 14 days of the scheduled date, the full balance remains due.
4.2. Rescheduling:
- Clients may request a reschedule based on availability. Rescheduling fees may apply.
4.3. Company Cancellations:
- If StudioX111 is unable to fulfill its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or an alternative videographer/photographer will be assigned.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. Information Submission:
- Clients must complete all necessary digital forms for event details and music selection.
- Clients must ensure all payments are made on time.
5.2. Video & Photography Expectations:
- Clients are responsible for communicating any special details or moments they want captured during the event.
- Final edited videos and photos may slightly differ from sample work due to factors like event size, location, lighting, and client cooperation.
- Not every moment can be guaranteed to be captured, though efforts will be made to document the most important details.
6. Editing & Revisions
6.1. Editing Policies:
- StudioX111 provides standard editing based on professional judgment.
- Custom edits beyond technical errors are not offered and not included.
6.2. Revision Requests:
- Clients must submit any revision requests within 7 days of receiving the video or photos.
- Replacing music on completed clips will incur additional charges.
7. Subcontracted Videographers & Photographers
7.1. Selection & Booking:
- The Client selects their videographer/photographer from available options.
- We book the selected videographer/photographer and issue a deposit to secure them.
7.2. Payment to Contractors:
- Contractors are paid after delivering the edited video in 720p resolution.
- Payment is made via direct deposit, Zelle, or Venmo.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Service Limitations:
- We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances that may affect the quality of footage, such as lighting conditions, weather, or venue restrictions.
- StudioX111’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services and does not cover indirect or consequential damages.
- The client assumes all risks related to Covid-19 and agrees that governmental restrictions will not void this agreement.
9. Privacy, Copyright & Usage Rights
9.1. Ownership & Promotion Rights:
- StudioX111 reserves the right to use images and videos for marketing and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- StudioX111 may place a credit line at the beginning or end of each video.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
10.1. Governing Law:
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
10.2. Venue & Dispute Handling:
- Any disputes must be resolved through mediation before legal action is pursued.
- Venue for legal proceedings shall be in the 17th Judicial Circuit in Broward County, Florida.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1. Changes to Terms:
- StudioX111 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
